1. Acceptance

By using LaDinda you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the content they publish. You must own or have rights to all content you sell. You must not sell illegal content, adult content, malware, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property. LaDinda may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

3. Commission, payouts, and GST

LaDinda's platform commission varies by plan (5–20% — see /pricing for current rates). An 18% GST is applied on the platform commission deducted from seller payouts, in line with Indian GST law. Razorpay charges approximately 2% as a payment gateway fee. Commission, GST, and Razorpay fees are all deducted automatically from seller payouts. Plan subscriptions are also subject to 18% GST, added on top of the listed base price. Payouts are processed via Razorpay route transfers. LaDinda does not guarantee payout timelines beyond what Razorpay commits to.

4. Buyer rights

Buyers purchase digital products as-is. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. LaDinda is not responsible for the quality of creator content beyond facilitating delivery.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not: attempt to circumvent payments, scrape data, launch attacks on the platform, impersonate others, or use the platform for money laundering or fraud.

6. Limitation of liability

LaDinda is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any user is capped at the fees paid to LaDinda in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mizoram, India.

8. Custom store links

Every LaDinda plan, including Starter, includes a free custom store link at ladinda.io/yourname. Store usernames are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. LaDinda reserves the right to reclaim usernames that have been inactive for 180 days with no published products and no sales, and to reserve names that conflict with platform infrastructure, government bodies, or other creators' established brands. Reclaimed usernames may be released back to the pool or assigned to verified rights-holders.
